Official Applicaton Form Accreditation of Florida Quarter Horse Stallions

All applications (emailed, faxed, or mailed) are considered incomplete and will not be sent to the State of Florida for accreditation until completed application, payment, and a copy of the stallions registration papers are received .

All stallions standing in Florida shall have their complete application filed and their fees paid by March 1 of the current breeding year. No accreditation will be accepted post marked after March 1 for the current breeding year.
